6. Self-reflection

It is important to evaluate yourself correctly and be mindful of what you do and what your actions reflect. Negative self-reflection can lead to very negative consequences, so you want to avoid that as much as possible.

What can I do? Make realistic expectations and strive for them. Carefully evaluate your accomplishments and be proud of them. Do not compare yourself to others.
