 9. Garlic for Skin and Hair

Garlic has many anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.  These effects are well-known to help keep skin healthy and protect the skin from premature aging.

Garlic may also be helpful for reducing symptoms of psoriasis, help with wound healing, and reduce skin damage from sun exposure.  Garlic may help protect against skin cancer as well.30
